Software kept becoming more powerful, yet users still had to learn where to click, what sequence to follow, and how to navigate increasingly complex workflows. Companies responded with more documentation, more videos, more training, and more support. Varun believed the problem was deeper: users should not have to adapt to software. Software should adapt to them.
That conviction became the foundation for AgenQ.
Varun believes the next generation of enterprise software will understand what a user wants to accomplish and guide them through the work, rather than forcing them to memorize the system. Just as GPS removed the need to memorize directions, AgenQ is being built to remove the need to memorize software workflows.
For Varun, this is bigger than making software easier to use. It is about changing the relationship between people and software from learning how to operate a system to simply stating what they want to achieve.
