Huskeys

Two Founders, One Conviction

Organizations were not looking for another security product. They needed a better way to make the security they already trusted actually work.

For Itai and Roy, the conviction behind building Huskeys came from seeing the same frustration everywhere. Security teams had accepted that WAFs generate false positives, require endless tuning, and still leave critical gaps. The more they spoke with teams, the clearer it became: organizations were not looking for another security product. They needed a better way to make the security they already trusted actually work.

The problem became impossible to ignore. Modern applications had outgrown traditional approaches to network and edge security. Teams were spending enormous amounts of time managing multiple WAFs, creating virtual patches, and constantly tuning policies across different environments. As organizations added more cloud services, security providers, and CDNs, the complexity only intensified.

At the same time, AI-driven traffic and autonomous agents were changing how applications are used and attacked, while vulnerabilities were being exploited faster than security teams could respond. Existing security infrastructure remained essential, but managing it manually across an increasingly fragmented environment was no longer sustainable.

That realization led Itai and Roy to build Huskeys, an AI-powered Edge Security Management platform designed to bring multi-WAF environments together, automate virtual patching, and help security teams get more from the infrastructure they already have.

Along the way, their perspective evolved. They started by thinking about WAF management, but came to understand that the real challenge was much larger than any single technology. It was the growing complexity of the entire edge.

Their belief is that organizations do not need to replace everything they have built. They need an intelligence layer capable of continuously assessing protection, adapting policies, orchestrating changes across environments, and responding to threats in real time.

For Itai and Roy, that is no longer optional. It is becoming a fundamental requirement for protecting modern applications and the businesses behind them.
