Tezbor

Building the Infrastructure for a Market in Motion

I build practical infrastructure solutions for overlooked markets — moving fast where others see friction, because the places hardest to serve are the ones that need it most.

He saw commerce growing faster than the systems underneath it. Sellers lost customers to failed deliveries, while buyers learned that reliable, secure delivery often came at a premium. Every transaction carried friction.

Umid's conviction came from living between two worlds: advising sophisticated global businesses while watching Uzbekistan's economy rely on informal workarounds. The gap was never talent or demand. It was infrastructure that had not kept pace.

Along the way, Umid stopped seeing hard markets as risks to avoid. He began seeing them as the places where building something can truly change the landscape. The work got harder. The doubt got quieter. And Tezbor became his way of building the rails that help an entire market move forward.

That problem led Umid to build Tezbor. He believes reliable logistics is not a convenience, but essential infrastructure. Without it, small retailers struggle to compete, e-commerce cannot fully scale, and trust remains the exception rather than the default.
