The Founder Games

Someone Has to Go First

I believe founders can become the role models of our generation if we dare to show the journey behind the success. That's the story we chose to tell.

For years, Sanja believed the biggest problem founders in emerging ecosystems faced was access to capital. She built Networker to help solve it, supporting startups in becoming investable and raising more than €10 million.

Then she thought the problem was visibility. Her team organized a Guinness World Record business pitching marathon and brought international investors into their ecosystem. The investors came, but she learned something even more important: visibility alone was not enough.

Too many talented founders were not building globally, not because they lacked ability, but because they had never seen someone like them do it.

That realization changed everything.

Sanja began to see entrepreneurship not only as a capital problem, but as a storytelling problem. In a world where AI can turn an idea into an MVP in days, technology is increasingly abundant, but attention is not. Market fit alone is no longer enough. Founders also need Attention Market Fit.

That belief led Sanja to create The Founder Games, a startup accelerator turned reality series documenting founders as they build, fail, adapt, and grow.

It gives founders a distribution channel to investors, customers, and partners, while giving investors something a pitch deck cannot: the opportunity to see how a founder thinks, adapts, and performs under pressure.

By turning entrepreneurial journeys into stories, Sanja hopes to create something even bigger: relatable role models for the next generation of founders.
