Any non-public information accessed through the Platform is confidential. You may only use it for legitimate investment, partnership, or platform participation purposes.

6. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee funding outcomes, introductions, business results, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Global Founder Index is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to platform use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law
